Commercial Contracts: Purchase and Lease

We review the major elements of commercial purchase and lease contracts.  This course satisfies the TREC CE requirement for 3 Hours of Contracts course material.

We will use the Texas Realtor contracts as a guide to discuss the major elements of a typical lease and purchase agreement, explaining their purpose, effect, and where common mistakes are made.  We also discuss what agents can and cannot do with these contracts so as not to cross that grey line between acting as an agent versus offering legal advice.
